What is stored

The platform stores only the data needed to provide the service: registration details (email address, hashed password), your consultation history with SIP AI, your language settings, and a technical session cookie.

The platform stores no profiles from external sources, no third-party tracking IDs, and no biometric data.

Where your data is stored

The primary storage location is Switzerland (Geneva, ISO-certified data centre CH-GVA-2). Disaster recovery is located in Denmark (DK-2), under GDPR regulations. No data leaves the EU/EFTA area.

Who has access

You yourself, and in the event of an audit, the legally responsible lawyer. The development team has no read access to consultation content in the production system; only aggregated, anonymised telemetry for operation and security.
