Payment, billing and cancellation
The deadlines dossier is a one-off purchase (CHF 9.90), paid once via Stripe — it is not a subscription. As a digital document created and delivered immediately upon payment, it is non-refundable after creation. Separately and optionally, the SIP AI assistant is offered as a monthly subscription (CHF 3.90/month) via Stripe; you may cancel at any time for the next billing period, and amounts already paid for current or previous periods are non-refundable.
